If you’re drowning in the day-to-day, it’s time to stop surviving and start leading.

Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the here and now. It allows learnings from the past while creating a desired and empowering future.
Coaching is about unlocking a person’s purest potential to maximize their own performance, so they can operate at a state of excellence.
It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn.
In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance and to operate at a state of excellence.
A great coach believes that the individual always has the answer to their own problems AND understands that they may need help to find that answer.
“What many fail to realize, and what Stacey O’Byrne has mastered, is the need to connect to others is the thing that can make or break any business. Stacey O’Byrne is a proven Master Networker, Master Communicator, Master Sales Trainer and as I have witnessed firsthand, the very epitome of the “center of influence” and Influencer that she teaches Salespeople, business owners, and entrepreneurs to become.
If you can remain focused on your journey to greatness, then Stacey O’Byrne has provided a game plan, guide book, and testimonial to the path of overcoming setbacks and stepping into your success.”
Coaches see blind spots. Coaches are mirrors.
When you surround yourself with people that understand where it is you want to go and they understand where it is that you’re starting, they can help you to get out of your own way! They can help you get on your way, so you can finally have your way!
When we are part of the problem, there is no way we can be part of the solution. The only way that we can have what it is that we want is to surround ourselves with people who have done it and people who can call us out on what it is that we’re not doing.

Seeking out and actively engaging in a coaching relationship will…
Having a coach is ALWAYS going to be worth it, but it’s not always going to be easy. Coaches are our mirrors. They hold up reality for us and we don’t always want to see what it is they show us.
The entrepreneur who succeeds is programmed for success. They have an undeniable, unshakable belief in themselves and their dreams. They believe in themselves and will invest in themselves and their business.
Step back. Look at your life. Look at your business.
Coaching provides the external perspective and high-level accountability required to get you out of your own way. By surrounding yourself with those who have already paved the path, you stop reacting to your business and start leading it.
Expose the hidden blind spots costing you time and money.
Drastically increase your efficiency, productivity, and mindset.
Navigate tricky transitions and avoid the expensive mistakes of "doing it alone."
Implement proven success strategies to hit—and surpass—your revenue goals.
Break the solopreneur ceiling and build a business that works for you.
Move from "stuck" to a "programmed for success" mentality.
The 1:1 coaching relationship typically happens over a predetermined amount of time at specifically set intervals between the coach and the client. Think, once a week for an hour over the course of six months. Before the coaching sessions even begin, the coach and the client will determine these factors and set specific and measurable goals and outcomes.
Each coaching session has a predetermined focus set by you and your coach, designed to meet your specific needs. Your coach will ask you thought-provoking questions designed to make shift happen in your life and business.
We get asked all the time, “What’s the difference between training, mentoring, counseling, and coaching?”
…and, “Should I seek out a coach or take a training?”
Although teaching, mentoring, counseling, and coaching all share some key characteristics and skills, they are different and it’s important to be aware of those differences.
Involve an expert Trainer who shares knowledge with their students. Although the best trainers will use interactive techniques, there is very definitely an imbalance of knowledge, with the teacher as the expert – holding the right answers.
A guide who helps someone to learn or develop faster than they might on their own. A mentoring relationship focuses on the future, career development, and broadening the individual’s horizons.
More of a therapeutic intervention. It focuses on helping an individual overcome barriers and issues from their past and move on.
The biggest obstacles to success and achieving potential are internal, not external.
Your biggest obstacles to success aren’t external; they are the hidden internal programs—the “Itty Bitty Shitty Committee”—running in the background of your business and minimizing your potential. High-performance coaching isn’t just about strategy; it’s about recalibrating your subconscious to silence the “bully on the brain” and strip fear from your decision-making. By auditing the blind spots and scripts that drive your behavior without your permission, you stop fighting your own mind and start leading with an unshakable belief. When you commit to the inner work, your outer work finally becomes easier, transforming success from a struggle into a natural byproduct of your new internal reality.
1:1 coaching is a custom design to help you create shift in your life and business. The focus is solely on you, what is in your head, and unlocking the answers that will serve YOU.
Group coaching is when each individual is working towards their own success while learning collectively in a group facilitated by a coach. In order for group coaching to be successful, there should be fewer than ten people in the group, there must be a common thread among participants, and all participants must be open and engaged.
When considering a 1:1 coaching relationship or a group coaching program, look at your individual needs and goals, then decide which is the right fit.

Your success depends on your ability to move from “unconscious incompetence” to mastery. You need a strategist who gets you there.
When choosing a coach, look for someone who has already built the success you desire. But beyond their track record, you are looking for a facilitator of learning. A great coach doesn’t just “tell” you what to do; they identify exactly where you are on the path to competence—from the blind spots you don’t even know you have, to the mastery you’re ready to unlock. At Pivot Point Advantage, we don’t just provide answers; we provide the strategic framework to stop the “spray and pray” cycle of business.
You are building an arsenal of skills that will allow you to navigate any situation with confidence. But you cannot build that alone. If you aren’t willing to invest in yourself, you cannot expect your clients or your team to invest in you. It is time to stop guessing and start scaling—it is time to find your partner in success.
Your success is already one step away.
